Critical Study in Art and Design

I have been ask to find an issue and make an advertisement out of it. I have been picking on the issue which is getting worst these days whic is Bully.
Bullying is the use of force, threat, or coercion to abuse, intimidate, or aggressively to impose domination over others. The behavior is often repeated and habitual.Justifications and rationalizations for such behavior sometimes include differences of class, race, religion, gender, sexuality, appearance, behavior, or ability.Bullying may be defined as the activity of repeated, aggressive behavior intended to hurt another person, physically or mentally. Bullying is characterized by an individual behaving in a certain way to gain power over another person.

Understanding the Ads

We have been ask to find and understand the meaning of the ads. I have been looking for 5 advertisement which is 4 of them is the good one and the others is the bad one. I will start from the good one.

This is the cleaning product billboard, which is the way they promote it is so creative. They use the huge empty tissue rolls to show that they can use the product instead of the tissue.

This is a food product. The way they promote it is in a humour way which is we can see that the elephant chocked the peanut.

This ad is from the health community to make people realize that fruit and vegetable is good to our body and junk food such as burger, candy, coke is bad. Veggies contain a lot of vitamin that our body need.

The ads is from a beer company to show people that it is really hard for a people from other place like Africa, Nigeria to get a clean water. The ads show that we need to help the poor people by donate money to this people to buy the clean water.

The ads is the bad one because the picture is unnecessary. The picture of the kid might hurt the child feelings in the future because he/she do not know that he picture were used and he/she probably don't even know what would happen.

Coloured Hat

Coloured Hat is use to describe an action that we do. The hat has it own position which is start from white, red, yellow, black, green and blue.

WHITE HAT is about data and information, it is used to record information that may be needed.

RED HAT is associated with feelings, intuition, and emotion. The red hat allows people to put forward feelings without justification or prejudice.

YELLOW HAT is for a positive view of things. It looks for benefits in a situation. This hat encourages a positive view even in people who are always critical.

BLACK HAT relates to caution. It is used for critical judgement. Sometimes it is easy to overuse the black hat.

GREEN HAT is for creative thinking and generating new ideas. This is your creative thinking cap.

BLUE HAT is about process control. It is used for thinking about thinking. The blue hat asks for summaries, conclusions and decisions.
